Able to set up or team with a Project Management Office to lead and/or support large complex projects. Able to set up Project Management Plans (PMP), Project schedules, Project Dashboards and Reporting.
Able to lead and perform a MITA 3.0 SS-A either utilizing an existing MITA SS-A or creating an initial MITA 3.0 SS-A. Experienced in MITA 3.0 Roadmap development and Implementation planning.
Able to lead, manage and perform the complete system or module certification and provide staff augmentation to support the Certification effort. Experienced with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit 2.3 (MECT) and Outcome-Based Certification (OBC).
Able to provide oversight of the day-to-day operations and management of the project. Able to produce IV&V Progress Reports that objectively illustrate the strengths and weaknesses of the project and provide recommendations for correcting any identified risks.
